This story was commissioned by Luka's parents for her 4th birthday by her parents. The story and Illustrations (by Tony Ross) do not appear anywhere else. The book was never commercially available, therefore it is the rarest of all David Walliams books by a long shot. Possibly less than 100 copies were printed in total.
