Jack Coulter is an Irish London-based artist. He has been making waves with his multi-layered, music-inspired paintings, garnering him accolades, collaborations and notable followers. His works are an all-encompassing visual and audio experience, informed by his synesthesia, in which he experiences sound as colour.
The Financial Times has recognized Coulter as one of the most popular abstract painters emerging today. In 2021, he was included in the prestigious Forbes '30 Under 30' list for Art & Culture. Coulter's work can be found in the art collections of former Beatle Paul McCartney, who describes him as an "exciting, energetic talent", and actor Anne Hathaway, who now deems Coulter a friend: "Both the man and his work has added stunning dimensionality to our lives." Other collectors include Elton John, who said Coulter "magically takes the influence of music on visual art to a dazzlingly colourful and inventive new level." And Hilary M. Weston, Post Malone, Billie Eilish and the Freddie Mercury Estate.
